Insurance Reimbursement

I do not currently accept insurance. However, I can provide a monthly super bill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

To determine if you can be reimbursed for the session, call your insurance company and say this:

“I am starting individual/ couples therapy with a licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate. Her license number is R6968 (OR). Do you accept super bills for reimbursement? If so, how much do you reimburse for a therapy session?”
