Insurance Reimbursement

I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a monthly superbill. A superbill is a receipt for therapy services that you submit to your insurance for full or partical reimbursement of your out of pocket costs.

To determine if you can be reimbursed for the session, call your insurance company and say this:

“I am starting individual/ couples therapy with a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her license number is T3138 (OR). Do you accept super bills for reimbursement? If so, how much do you reimburse for a therapy session?”
