Many insurance companies offer partial reimbursement for therapy, as long as clients submit a superbill, which I am happy to provide. Please reach out if you have any questions about accessibility, payment, or the process of superbill reimbursement.

To determine if you can be reimbursed for the session, call your insurance company and say this:

“I am starting individual/ couples therapy with a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her license number is T3138 (OR). Do you accept super bills for reimbursement? If so, how much do you reimburse for a therapy session?”
